I. Eligibility Window

You may return eligible items for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the date you received your order.

II. Return Conditions

For a return to be eligible, the item must meet all the following conditions:

  • Timeframe: Request initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Condition: Must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition received.

  • Original Packaging: Must be in original packaging with all original tags, labels, and hygiene seals intact.

Exemptions (Non-Returnable Items):

Items marked as “Final Sale,” custom/personalized items, and gift cards are exempt from being returned.

IV. The Return Process (Step-by-Step)

To initiate a return, please follow this process:

  1. Initiate Contact: Send an email to support@trendbytee.com with the subject line: “Return Request – Order # [Your Order Number]”.

  2. Include Details: Provide the specific item(s) you wish to return and the reason for the return.

  3. Receive Authorization: Once approved, our team will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions. Do not send items back without an RMA number.

  4. Ship Item: Securely package the item(s) and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package. Mail the package to the address provided by our support team.

V. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item (e.g., for a different size or color):

  • Follow the standard Return Process (Steps 1–4) above, noting “Exchange” as the reason.

  • We recommend placing a new order for the desired item immediately to ensure availability. We will process your exchange/refund once the original item is received and inspected.

VI. Inspection and Processing Time

Once your return is received:

  • Inspection: The item will be inspected to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria (Section II).

  • Processing: If approved, we will process the refund or exchange within 7 business days.

  • Method: The refund will be credited to the original method of payment used for the purchase.
